Blog 8: Natural Law – The Basics

Hi everyone and welcome to my 8th blog,

I hope you are ready for a very controversial topic today?

I know I sure am…

In my last blog I foreshadowed that I will write about something that I described with the word “Karma”. The reason why I have chosen this word instead of the title you just read was to avoid false assumptions.

I personally can think of no other word in our modern times that has been more inverted, distorted, misused and practically bastardized as the word “natural”.

People get so often an uncomfortable feeling just by hearing the shear word. This is because in their lifes they already came to the realisation, that often something has been sold to them as “natural” when it was not neccessarily so… They often lived their lifes after that what they have been told is “right” and got stuck in the end… because it was not truely natural, and therfore not right… Some people had so much of this often painful Insight, that they falsely believe that there is no “natural” at all, if they ever even knew what the true and working definition of that word is.

And this is were we do start. This is where we always start… To find the proper functioning definition of the word “natural”. The definition that can be worked with and brings always the wanted results if applied correctly… So, let’s find it…

Interestingly, the term “Natural” has its roots in a much older language than latin or greek. It arose from the land of Kemet, better known as ancient egypt. The famous mystical land of the Nile, the Sphinx and of course the Pyramids of Gizeh…

Back in the days they had a word that was not only important but outright holy to them. A word that they knew was absolutely crucial to understand, no matter what you else understood. If you did not understand this holy word you would be in a world of trouble sooner or later.

This holy word was called NTR.

Since the kemetian language had no vowels in it as we know from our modern languages, the only thing that was important was the right usage of the consonants. If they were correct you could throw any “vowels” inbetween the consonants as you would see fit. The most common pronounciation for NTR used was “Necher”. Almost identical in sound with the english word “Nature”, and very similar to the german word “Natur”, the french word “nature”, the italian word “natura”, the spanish word “naturaleza”, the russian word “нату́ра” and on, and on, and on it goes. There are practially no languages in europe that did not adopt this kemetian word in their vocabulary.

But what was the meaning of this word?

The translation of NTR would be precisely described with “not man-made”

That is the working definition of “Nature”. It is everything that is “non-man-made”.

So what does this mean to our topic called “Natural Law“. It’s meaning is nothing else than “Laws that are not man-made“… meaning we humans (or any other intelligent group of beings in the cosmos) DID NOT made these laws, that are summarized under the term “Natural Law”.

Which brings us the to the working definition of Natural Law…:

Natural Law is a set of universal, eternal, inherent, objective, immutable and non-man-made conditions which govern the CONSEQUENCES OF BEHAVIORS of beings with the capacity for understanding the differnece between harmful and non-harmful behavior!

Now that is a mouth full of a definition… Lets analyse this step by step:

  • Natural Law…: we just defined this specifically above…
  • …is a set of…: meaning there are of course other laws (like the physical laws of gravity or electromagnetism) in the universe at work but they have nothing to do with this specific “set” of laws we are talking about.
  • universal…: meaning they are everywhere, and there is no place, where they are not!
  • …eternal…: they are forever, and there is no time when they are not!
  • …inherent…: meaning they are not something that has been “added” to the universe and it could exist easily without them but they are existent at the same moment when the universe is existent and vanish at the same moment as the universe does!
  • …objective…: meaning they are not realtive to us. They are absolute and are independent from our perceptions to them…
  • …immutable…: meaning they can not be changed, by any amount of force whatsoever applied!
  • …non-man-made...: see NTR…
  • …conditions…: the state of circiumstances in which people live, especially with regard to their well-being
  • …which govern…: meaning they control something… but what…?
  • …the consequences of behaviors…: …meaning they control the RE-ACTIONS of every ACTION… but of whom…?
  • …of beings with the capacity…: …meaning they control the RE-ACTIONS of every ACTION these beings act out, EVEN IF they are not USE this capacity. As soon as they have this capacity mentioned, they automatically and instantly apply to them. But the capacity of what…?
  • …for understanding the difference between harmful and non-harmful behavior: self-explaining!

Natural Law is known for numerous other terms throughout the ages: In the Indus Valley they called it “Karma”, Confucius (and others) phrased it as ” What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others ” ,In Latin they had “Regula Naturae” (The golden Rule) which was saying the same only non-negating (“What you want to be done on yourself, that do onto others”), the modern version every one has heard at least once in his or her lifetime “What goes around, comes around”, or the origin of the term Natural Law from ancient greece “Lex Naturalis” described perfectly by non other than the famous Platon and Aristotele…

It determines the cosmic reactions of our behavior.

We are free to do what ever we want… but we are not free from avoiding the Consequences of our doings once we acted them out…

NTR was resembled in kemet as a weaving Flag on a pole, symbolising a force that can not be seen (wind) but that is measurable through its observable effects (moving the flag).

And this is exaclty what it means for us…

Natural Law can not be seen, but people can become aware of these laws by the use of reason…

The understanding of Natural Law is centered upon bringing our own conscience into alignment with Objective Morality. This means definetively KNOWING which behaviors are Rights, because they do not initiate harm to other sentient beings and which behaviors are WRONGS because they do initiate harm to other sentient beings…(see Blog 5 for more)

Now being mentioned that the term “Natural Law” has been incredibly misused (I for myself fell for a lot of man-made circumstances that were called “natural”) I want to make also clear what Natural Law is NOT.

The following paragraphs are a good choice of the most common ways of how Natural Law is tremendously misunderstood.

So what Natural Law is NOT:

Natural Law is NOT, and has absolutely NOTHING to do with any of the following things…:

  • Darwin’s theories regarding macrobiological evolution!
  • The Darwinian notion of “Survival of the Fittest”!
  • The so called “Law of the Jungle”!
  • The so called “Natural Order”!
  • Any aspect of behavior in the animal kingdom for any creature with less cognitive development and capabilities than human beings (meaning it does not apply to animals or plants. Therfore you will not see that sort of effect happen when a lion kills an antelope, etc.)!
  • Any and every human made law including “Common law” and Internatial law! ( I’ll make an entire blog in the future about man-made laws…)

All of these examples are misleading us to a meander and should never be dealt with, when aiming for higher Awareness of moral behaviour.

How does Natural Law act out?

Natural Law always acts out in only one of it’s two polarities, varying only in its intensity towards one pole.

  • It’s two Opposite Expressions are either the POSITIVE PATH or the NEGATIVE PATH!
  • It’s Generative Polarity (or which one of these Forces we initially use to create) is either LOVE (Consciousness) or FEAR (Unconsciousness)!
  • It’s Initial Embodying (or how it starts) is either KNOWLEDGE (The acceptance of Truth) or IGNORANCE (The refusal of Truth)!
  • It’s Internal Expressions (or what happens inside of us once we chosen one of these two paths) is either SOVEREIGNTY (Internal Monarchy or the ruler over the Self) or CONFUSION (Internal Anarchy or no Ruler over the Self)!
  • It’s External Expressions (or what happens outside of us/to us in society) is either FREEDOM (meaning external Anarchy or no outside Ruler manifests that tells us what to do) or CONTROL (meaning an external Monarchy or an outside Ruler manifests that wants to govern every and all of our aspects we own)!
  • It’s Overarching Manifestion results inevitably either in ORDER (aka manifested Good making us experience true Love, Freedom, Wealth, Health, selfinflicted wellbeing, Happiness, Forward Progession, Creation, Evolution, Syntropy, more Complexity, more Diversity, Advances in Survival leading ultimately to absolute Life) or it results inevitably in CHAOS (aka manifested evil leading to Fear, Slavery, Poverty, Sickness, selfinflicted pain, Grief and Sorrow, Stagnation and Degeneration, Involution, Entropy, more Primitivism, more Uniformity, Advances in Extinction leading ultimately to absolute Death)!

Where does Natural Law come from? Well, to be honest: I can not really tell you…

If you want my best guess, I would say God… or the Source of everything (whatever name you want to give it… It does not really care)

All what I for sure can tell is, that this Law of Consequentialism for beings with higher thinking capacity (like human level and above) is observable and measurable. And you can see it and test it throughout your daily life, if you are straightforwardly…

It is not up to us to change Natural Law but rather aligning ourselfs with it (as mentioned above), if we want to see certain results in our lifes and society in total.

If we are being honest with ourselves then the world at the moment is in a very chaotic state and not in an orderly one… to say it at least.

If (another “if”) we are acknowledging Natural Law is real and existent, than we can easily say what the causal factors for this state of the world are…

Natural Law indicates that Morality and Order are directly proportional to each other (to use a mathematical term). The more moral a society in the aggregate behaves the more Order it experiences in the aggregate and Freedom will blossom. On the other side the more immoral a society in the aggregate behaves the more Chaos it experiences in the aggregate and Freedom dies in it…

And that is why freedom is dying in our world, because to many people are predominantly doing immoral behaviors that are harming other sentient beings…

And the way to stop this Chaos from further manifesting is to stop any immoral behavior…

that’s really all that is to it…

What are now the various classes of harmful behaviors and the different ways to do them (without even acting themselves out per se as we will come to), so we can avoid manifesting Chaos in our world and putting an end to our selfmade predicament?

Because that I presume is why you have read this Blog this far…

In my next blog I will go into these classes of wrong doings (they are not really that many) in which up to this date every wrong doing I could think about I was able to classify directly in one of these categories.

I am looking forward to see you there…

Truth, Love and Freedom,

your Vatono

NTR, Lex Naturalis, the golden Rule, you name it…

Special Thanks to Mark Passio, Jeremy Locke, Larken Rose and others for helping me grasping this knowledge…
